TIME MANAGEMENT & ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS

Time management and good organizational skills are at the foundation of academic success. This workshop will address how to manage your time effectively, as well as improve your organizational skills.


STUDY SKILLS & TEST TAKING

This workshop focuses on effective study habits, optimal learning environments, how to prioritize tasks, and more. Developing these skills will help you better retain information and enhance your test taking performance. 


MANAGING TEST ANXIETY

Sometimes anxiety can get in the way of your performance on tests. Learn how to manage anxiety during tests with strategies designed to help you focus, keep calm, and demonstrate what you know. 


STRESS MANAGEMENT

College can be stressful. It's important to balance focus on your academics with focus on yourself. In this workshop you will learn to manage your stress through relaxation, mindfulness strategies, thoughtful planning, and self-care.
