Annette Beck is the Director of Operational Services for University College. She oversees the complex administrative and technological needs of the departments which include Distance and Online Education, Academic Support & Retention, Student Orientation Services and other departments within the College.

She serves as the Collegiate IT Representative and collaborates in interactions with campus IT Directors and OneIT Leaders to establish strong relationships to align with IT initiatives and priorities.

Annette also has several teams in Distance and Online Education including Instructional Design, Media, Application Development and the Facility Manager for the John and Mary Pappajohn Education Center in Des Moines.
